2. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (including the RMA System, Dashboard designs, and proprietary code) are and will remain the exclusive property of Techezm Pvt Ltd.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Techezm Pvt Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
